CadetsOnline is a platform for cadet organizations to manage their websites. While cadet organizations may serve youth, our platform accounts are intended for adult administrators and leaders. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can update your account details through your admin dashboard, or contact us to request data deletion. Canadian users have additional rights under PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act).
